What exosomes are
Tiny messengers, between cells.
Exosomes are nano-sized vesicles that cells release to talk to one another. They carry proteins, peptides, growth factors and microRNA — signals that encourage repair and help calm inflammation.
R2Exo is derived from human umbilical-cord mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSCs), valued in regenerative medicine for their high growth potential, low immunogenicity and anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory activity. A 2024 clinical study of UC-MSC therapy in aging frailty reported lower TNF-α and IL-17 together with better quality of life and physical performance.
